In 2013 we launched our Services division in Texas and Florida with an initial focus on window treatments. Since that time, we have had the opportunity to work on many high-profile projects like the Arlington ISD Center for Visual and Performing Arts, First Baptist Dallas, Latino Cultural Center, TCU Amon G. Carter Stadium expansion, The Grove at Frisco Commons, Baylor Scott & White Southwest Sports Medicine, The Rolex Building, Wynwood Square, Miami Gardens and most recently The Stack Deep Ellum and Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center. Through feedback from our customers and market need we have since expanded our offering to stretch fabric panels and acoustical systems, washroom accessories, and prefabricated millwork and wall panel systems.
Finish out services refers to the final stage of construction work on a project. “Rough” work includes services like framing, electrical and piping. “Finish” work refers to the exterior and interior finishing of buildings and structures to enhance the service and aesthetic qualities. This type of work can include things like flooring, tiling, painting, and wallpapering.

For high-volume remodels, reset installation and large institutional assignments, Kenmark Interiors has an elite team (the K-Force Team) with in-depth knowledge of sensitive environments and control procedures such as those required for healthcare facilities and restaurants, as well as a host of proven project management and execution services such as conceptual pricing and negotiated work. The K-Force Team operates nationally serving banks, multi-state retailers, developers, and educational institutions for a variety of fit-ups and fast-track projects.
